There are many sandwich concepts, most building
virtually the same product in the same store and under the same franchise
structure.
Big Town Hero is different.
Here are four of the very
tangible ways that we are different and better:
1. Our
Bread.
Our bakers rise with the sun to handcraft bread from scratch, the
old fashioned way. We start with bags of flour, sugar, yeast... all of the
basic ingredients of great bread. We mix, hand roll and bake our bread right in
the store; fresh every day and never ever serve it "day old".
2. Our
Theme.
Our stores are an experience, heavily themed in an entertaining
and inspirational way. We have developed a café atmosphere where our customers are greeted by franchise owners or key personnel who develop a personal relationship, thereby creating unprecedented customer loyalty. We celebrate the greatness inside of our Heroes... be they
sandwiches or people.
3. First Name Basis Hospitality At Big
Town Hero, we build relationships with our customers; and it all begins with a
name. We've chosen to use names rather than numbers when serving our customers.
From the time we take their order to the time they leave, our customers are
treated with individual hospitality. Our customers are more like family, in a
place "where everbody knows your name."
4. Training
At Big Town Hero we believe that proper training is one of the keys to success. Our full training program consists of the following:
- 3 Day Orientation within 30 days of signing your franchise agreement. We give you exposure to Basic Restaurant operation and begin the development process for your store with information about site selection and lease negotiation.
- Franchisee Advanced Training is conducted at our Corporate Training Center in Portland, Oregon. This program is 3 full weeks of hands-on experience in every aspect of the operation of your new Big Town Hero Restaurant. Everything from baking bread in the morning to making sandwiches at lunch and doing paperwork and data entry in the afternoon.
- In-Store Training will take place during your opening phase. One of our trainers will be on-site to help you get your store up and running. |
